To realize the vision of shaping a generation of Qur'an memorizers and practitioners who are strong in faith, noble in character, environmentally conscious, and possess 21st-century skills for global contribution, the school is committed to implementing the following missions:
- Strengthening Qur'anic and Islamic Education
To organize a structured and integrated Tahfizh al-Qur'an program that emphasizes not only memorization but also the understanding and application (tadabbur) of its teachings in daily life, while embedding core Islamic values (aqidah, ibadah, muamalah) across all subjects and school activities. - Developing Noble Character (Akhlaqul Karimah)
To foster a disciplined, caring, and respectful boarding school environment that actively builds noble character through role modeling (uswah hasanah), habituation of Islamic ethics, and character education programs based on the life of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ and the pious predecessors. - Integrating 21st-Century Skills in Learning

Kurikulum
SMP Al Irsyad Al Islamiyyah Boarding School (AABS) Purwokerto menerapkan kurikulum yang terintegrasi dengan kurikulum nasional dan kurikulum khas AABS.

Bina Prestasi menjadi wadah khusus untuk meningkatkan prestasi siswa dalam bidang akademik dan non-akademik.
Siswa yang mempunyai bakat dan minta di mata pelajaran tertentu akan diberikan kelas intensif agar mampu berprestasi dan mengembangkan kemampuan yang dimilikinya.
Di dalamnya siswa/i yang berminat dalam bidang IPA, Matematika, IPS, KIS (Karya Ilmiah Siswa), Bahasa atau Olahraga akan dibina oleh ustaz/ah yang profesional di bidang masing-masing.
